Corporate Yoga

Corporate Meditation offerings are customized to provide your office with exactly what you need…..increased creativity, focus, productivity, collaboration…..we’ve got you covered and look forward to creating a unique and rejuvenating experience for your office. 

Our most requested series is Breath Work to Re-Charge which can be scheduled for 15, 25 or 30 minute weekly session.

Shawn did a series of in-person meditations over the course of a week while I was working at Gainsight. Shawn is the BEST! I just had her as a Featured Speaker in The 101 Referral Network Group Summer Workshop where we packed the room with attendees from all around the Phoenix area.
